Digital Twin Campus
YJYD independently implemented panoramic modeling for an entire university campus — drone imagery totaling hundreds of gigabytes, stitched and structured into a navigable spatial layer. The system serves incoming students, visitors, and administrators through a single interface: outdoor wayfinding across the full campus footprint, VR walkthroughs of building interiors, and orientation previews available before arrival. The technical challenge was self-imposed; there was no off-the-shelf pipeline for this scale, so the team built the acquisition-to-rendering workflow from scratch. The work is less about the digital twin as a technology showcase, and more about what a campus actually feels like to navigate for the first time.
